Job Responsibilities:

Follow the DHC Training Program to master new skills and responsibilities Organize shift schedules and monitor Team Members' performance Ensure restaurant cleanliness and uphold food quality standards Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain a positive attitude Train and supervise Team Members to maintain high productivity levels

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 75 lbs comfortably Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
