We are searching for a great leader that will create an exciting atmosphere that welcomes sales to make happy customers. This position will oversee production and day-to-day operations at store level, while being responsible for your team and the overall success of your store! Here are some responsibilities and expectations for our management roles: Always be eager to learn! Have an ownership mindset and do your best to instill the same upon your team. Must be 100% customer-focused: focused on their internal customers (team members) and external customers (guests, consumers). Be proactive to resolve problems with a smile, seek help when needed and are quick to help and guide others. Must be willing to learn and assist with hiring new team members as needed. Show great motivation and training skills when hiring new team members. Must be comfortable to assist with employee disciplinary actions and/or terminations as needed. Optimize and grow profits by building sales and controlling costs, labor, and production.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working holidays is a must (Ex. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Etc.)!! Flexible availability to support all hours of business operations. High personal integrity, professionalism and maturity. Excellent guest service skills, and ability to communicate effectively. Keen attention to detail. Good communication and follow-up skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency in a high performance, fast paced environment.
