  • This position offers a $5,000 signing bonus, with 50% payable after six months of active employment in good standing, and the remaining 50% payable after one year of active employment in good standing

As a General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind that tradition — leading your team with passion, precision, and professionalism to ensure every guest leaves satisfied and every shift runs smoothly. What You'll Do As the General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations — balancing hospitality, team development, and financial performance to deliver consistent excellence. Lead, plan, and organize the daily operations of the restaurant with efficiency and care. Coach, train, and develop managers and service staff to uphold Cattlemens' high standards for quality, hospitality, and professionalism. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that embodies Cattlemens' values of respect, integrity, and pride. Ensure top-quality food, beverage, and service standards are maintained at all times. Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations, Main Office, and management team to achieve company goals. Oversee budgets, labor, inventory, and cost control to meet operational and financial targets. Maintain safe, clean, and professional restaurant environments — both inside and out, including property maintenance and landscaping. Implement and enforce company systems as outlined in the Cattlemens Management Procedures Manual. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader in a high-volume, full-service setting. Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-development skills. Strong food, beverage, and service knowledge with a focus on excellence. Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning. Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented under pressure. Commitment to upholding Cattlemens' culture of quality and Western Hospitality. Two years experience as a restaurant manager in full service Ability to train, develop and lead a team Financial management experience Technological skills in the programs listed above, ideal Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
