Job Description

Serenity Gardens is looking to grow our outstanding care team In our 30 bed facility 1 PM House Manager/Med tech 2pm
  • 10:30pm 1 part time (flex) caregiver Must be available to work weekends Must be a self starter and be able to care For residents and lead other staff We will train the right person !! Duties include but are not limited to
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with patient transfers and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely
  • Medication Management; Prepping, passing, Centrally Storing, stocking etc. ```Skills```
  • Manage a team up to 3 people, guiding and directing team to complete tasks and care for our residents as a team
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and medication management .
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods of time
  • Compassion and empathy towards patients in various stages of illness or recovery
