  • eligible to accrue up to 3.08 vacation hours in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 120 hours. 6-10 yrs
  • Eligible to accrue up to 4.61 vacation hours in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 160 hours. 10+ yrs
  • Eligible to accrue up to 6.15 hours of vacation in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 200 hours. Sick Pay

We're looking for individuals who: Have a positive, respectful, and enthusiastic attitude. Has demonstrated knowledge of P & L management, building sales, and other daily functions of store management. Maintains an environment where food safety is paramount. Understands and is actively developing their team and leading by example. Successfully attracts, hires, develops and retains quality team members. Focuses on providing quality guest experiences. Is capable of training team members on all facets of the operation. Partner with the Director of Operations, Shift Leaders, and the support center team to accomplish company goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Controlling P&L. Planning, tracking, and managing budgets. Interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and developing Team Members. Managing proper inventory and staffing levels. Ensuring all Company food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members. Successfully and consistently utilizes company tools, resources, programs and systems
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Basic math skills needed to calculate budgets, payroll, balance till and complete banking duties. Able to drive and hold a valid state driver's license. Proven previous management or supervisory experience.
