We are looking for motivated individuals who has a strong ability to cook a variety of other dishes with passion for cooking and food, strong work ethic, hospitality background, talented and are impeccably responsible to join our team.

Qualifications:

Must have a positive attitude Previous experience in as Sous Chef or Chef Strong knowledge of cooking techniques Great leadership skills Teamwork abilities and team player's mentality Attention to details, cleanliness and safety Ability to coach and mentor Control Food and Labor Cost Dedication to preparing outstanding food and providing outstanding guest service. Ability to work well under pressure Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally and in writing Serve safe certificate Basic knowledge of Cal/OSHA restaurant guidelines Basic Knowledge of CA Wage/Hour law Previous experience with ordering and vendor relationships Ability to be at work as scheduled Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

Work Remotely No Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service management. Manage inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation, to minimize waste. Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including ServSafe and OSHA standards. Develop and implement menus, considering dietary needs and preferences. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, particularly in fine dining settings.
