We believe in creating a workplace people genuinely love to be part of. We are now hiring an experienced General Manager to lead our Torrance area location. Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, developing the team, maintaining high service and food quality standards, controlling costs, and creating a positive guest and employee experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands restaurant operations, enjoys coaching employees, and knows how to run a strong, organized, and accountable restaurant. Responsibilities Hire, train, supervise, coach, and develop restaurant employees Create employee schedules to ensure proper staffing and strong shift coverage Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution during all shifts Maintain excellent guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service Track inventory levels for food, supplies, and equipment Forecast restaurant needs and oversee ordering as necessary Manage labor, food costs, budgets, and other cost-control methods Address customer needs, comments, concerns, and complaints professionally Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food safety standards Hold employees accountable to company policies and operating standards Support catering orders, online ordering, delivery platforms, and in-restaurant operations Communicate effectively with ownership, operations leadership, and team members Create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred 5-8 years of food and beverage or restaurant industry experience preferred Prior restaurant management experience required Fast casual, quick service, or high-volume restaurant experience preferred Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, sanitation, food safety, and guest service Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop employees Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets Comfortable setting priorities, delegating tasks, and holding the team accountable Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and professional Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and holidays as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and move safely throughout the restaurant What We Offer $30.00
