We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant / Store Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate manager with a strong background in food service management and team leadership to make a significant impact in a fast-paced setting. Duties Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant or store operations, including food preparation, cooking, and customer service. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure team members deliver outstanding hospitality experiences. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining or shopping experience for all guests. Conduct shift management duties including supervising staff during busy hours, managing cash flow, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or hospitality environments. Demonstrated skills in food handling, food production, and culinary operations with a focus on quality control. Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety management. Prior supervisory experience in restaurant management or food industry settings is essential. Excellent team management skills including staff training, interviewing new hires, and leadership development. Familiarity with catering, banquet service, bar operations, and managing hospitality teams is a plus. Position Schedule may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
