This role is responsible for leading the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring a consistently refined guest experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Maintain a strong presence on the floor, especially during peak periods Ensure service is polished, attentive, and consistent across all outlets Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care Leadership & Development Lead, support, and develop outlet managers and front-of-house teams Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback Build a culture rooted in accountability and hospitality Operations Oversee daily operations across restaurant, banquets, IRD, and café Drive efficiency, service flow, and overall performance Monitor key metrics including labor, revenue, and guest satisfaction Standards & SOPs Implement and uphold clear service and operational standards Ensure consistency in execution through training and accountability Financial & Compliance Manage labor, scheduling, and cost controls Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Qualifications 5+ years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality Multi-outlet experience strongly preferred Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach Detail-oriented with a focus on elevated service Proficient in POS and reporting systems Wine knowledge is a plus
