Location:
Santa MonicaCompensation:
$24.65 - $33.35/hour plus performance bonus
Scope of Role:
Lead team to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service, food, and operationsSupport and collaborate with General Manager and Assistant General Managers to create consistently exceptional guest experiences and uncompromisingly quality foodApply Gott's financial and operational procedures and consistently evaluate service levels and standardsEnsure employee competence via station, equipment operation, responsible alcohol service, blade safety, cash handling, and specials trainingsOpening, closing, daily line-up management, prep, shift management, and line flow, etc.
Qualified Candidates Have:
Ability to learn and work the kitchen line at all stationsComputer experience/literacyFood Handler's Certification (must obtain with 30 days of hire)Responsible Beverage Service Certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)High school degree, or equivalentFinancial experience (desirable)Proficiency in English, fluency in Spanish desirable
