This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily restaurant activities, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive business growth in a vibrant dining environment. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase patronage Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering and supplier relationships Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement Review timecards, approve punches, monitor overtime, missed meals, attendance, and payroll accuracy. Monitor daily/weekly labor costs, productivity, and staffing levels against forecast and budget.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Sound financial and operational acumen Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management certifications are a plus Join our team and be part of a company that values growth, innovation, and exceptional service.
