Duties Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Supervise kitchen staff through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous cleanliness standards across all kitchen areas Coordinate with front-of-house staff to support smooth shift management and exceptional customer service experiences Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and operational procedures for continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong cooking skills and food preparation knowledge Demonstrated management experience in restaurant or hospitality settings, including supervising teams and managing shifts Knowledge of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations Strong organizational skills in inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis Excellent communication skills for staff training, team management, and managerial reporting Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Kitchen Manager where your leadership will inspire culinary excellence!
