The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the store, including team leadership, customer service, sales performance, food quality, inventory, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, manage daily operations, and create an excellent experience for both guests and employees. Responsibilities Lead, train, coach, and develop store team members Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain qualified employees Create employee schedules based on business needs and labor goals Maintain excellent guest service and address customer concerns professionally Ensure Jamba recipes, food safety standards, and brand procedures are followed Monitor sales, labor, inventory, waste, and other store performance goals Complete inventory counts, ordering, deposits, and required administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked store Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment and safety requirements Hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment Partner with the Area Manager and company leadership to improve store performance Qualifications Previous restaurant, retail, or food-service management experience required General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team Comfortable managing schedules, labor, inventory, and store financial goals Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift a maximum of 50 pounds, and perform the physical duties required in a restaurant environment Compensation and Benefits Annual pay range of $44,000-$52,000 Compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and assigned location Opportunities for advancement and professional development Employee discounts Support from experienced operations leadership Join our team and help create a fun, fast-paced environment where employees feel supported and guests receive excellent service.
