The Assistant Unit Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in achieving business goals by leading the restaurant team, ensuring a superior guest experience, and developing team members. This role is a training ground for future restaurant leadership positions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to monitor and achieve performance goals.
- Ensure a consistently excellent guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, service quality, and food standards.
- Lead by example to uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members for growth and development.
- Communicate business updates, promotions, and team objectives clearly and effectively.
- Promote a team-focused and family-oriented work culture.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
