In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a lively atmosphere that highlights our commitment to quality seafood and memorable dining experiences. Your leadership will inspire staff, streamline food and beverage service, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including supervising staff, coordinating shifts, and ensuring smooth service flow Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food presentation to uphold quality standards Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement effective stock management practices Train, develop, and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive work environment Enforce food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards Lead staff hiring processes including interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Requirements Proven experience managing a restaurant or food service establishment in a quick service or casual dining setting Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management with culinary experience preferred Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in staff training, team management, and shift supervision Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Knowledge of inventory control, food safety protocols, and food industry best practices Excellent leadership abilities combined with effective communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel industry is advantageous Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on hospitality excellence Join us as we serve up memorable dining experiences in a lively setting!
