This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands restaurant P&L basics, and knows how to build a strong team culture while driving sales and profitability. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong floor presence Set the tone for outstanding guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork Hire, train, coach, and develop team members into high performers Drive sales through execution, local marketing, and community engagement Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and cash controls Review weekly sales, labor, and food cost reports and take corrective action Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and brand standards Create accountability while keeping morale high What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or casual dining preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills — you lead from the front Proven ability to manage labor, food costs, and operational standards Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic reporting Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Us Stable, established brand with loyal guests Opportunity to run your store like a business Supportive ownership focused on operational improvement Growth opportunities for high performers Duties and responsibilities may change as business needs evolve.
