Job Description

Job Summary Are you a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment? The BLVD! in West Sacramento is looking for a strong, hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead one of the region's premier entertainment destinations. This is not a desk job — we are looking for a visible leader who can motivate teams, drive accountability, create exceptional guest experiences, and help oversee daily operations across a high-volume venue that includes a full-service restaurant & bar, bowling, arcade, attractions, and events. If you are passionate about hospitality, leadership, team development, and operational excellence, we want to hear from you. Duties Assisting in overseeing all daily venue operations Leading, coaching, and developing managers and hourly team members Holding teams accountable to company standards and values Tracking and projecting sales, labor, and operational performance Monitoring and managing Cost of Goods (COGs) Overseeing staff training, onboarding, and certifications Assisting with administrative responsibilities including documentation and progressive discipline Maintaining high standards for guest service, cleanliness, food quality, and operational execution Taking charge of venue operations in the absence of the General Manager Helping create a positive, energetic, and team-focused culture
What We're Looking For Experience:
5+ years of customer service experience 5+ years of restaurant experience 5+ years of bar experience Senior management leadership experience Strong understanding of sales, labor, and COG management Administrative and operational management experience Some HR experience preferred
Skills:
Strong communication and leadership abilities Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs & Sheets experience Ability to build strong guest relationships Ability to lead with accountability and consistency Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and perform in high-volume environments
