Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven General Manager to lead all facets of our fine dining operation. The successful candidate will bring a distinguished background in hospitality leadership, an unwavering commitment to service excellence, and the financial acumen to sustain a high-performing restaurant. As the senior leader on property, you will set the standard for our team, cultivate a culture of professionalism, and ensure every guest experience reflects the hallmarks of world-class dining. Key responsibilities Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to front- and back-of-house teams, fostering a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement. Oversee all operational and financial performance, including budget management, P&L oversight, revenue forecasting, payroll, and cost controls. Champion guest experience standards, personally addressing escalated concerns and ensuring every interaction upholds the reputation of the establishment. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and structured training programs to develop a high-caliber, guest-focused team. Drive employee development through performance coaching, succession planning, and leadership mentorship at all levels. Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, beverage programs, cleanliness, and compliance with all local health and safety regulations. Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership on menu strategy, private dining programming, and special events to drive revenue and brand distinction. Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment; high-potential candidates with strong foundations are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, payroll, revenue management, and financial forecasting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage ownership, staff, and guests with equal poise. A genuine passion for hospitality and a proven record of creating memorable, elevated guest experiences. Must hold or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits prior to start date. Composed and decisive under pressure; thrives in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.
