Position Overview As Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee the daily operation of a high-volume restaurant while leading, coaching, and developing a team of 20-40+ employees. You'll work alongside your leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, achieve financial goals, and build a positive culture where employees thrive. Success in this role comes from leading by example, developing future leaders, and maintaining high standards in every aspect of the business. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20-40+ employees. Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent. Deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding hospitality and service. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, labor, inventory, food safety, and shift execution. Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance. Monitor labor, food cost, and controllable expenses while achieving financial goals. Ensure compliance with all company standards, safety procedures, and sanitation requirements. Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, recognition, and continuous improvement. Lead from the floor, supporting your team during peak business periods and setting the standard for service excellence. What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management experience. Experience in full-service, fast-casual, or high-volume QSR operations. Proven ability to develop, motivate, and retain strong teams. Experience managing labor, inventory, food costs, and P&L performance. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Stable employment history and a strong work ethic. A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
