- 80,000 About the Role Rosati's Pizza & Sports Bar is looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven Assistant Manager / Front of House & Bar to help lead our dining room, sports bar, and guest experience operations.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, building relationships with guests, and creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere. We're looking for a leader who isn't afraid to jump behind the bar, assist on the floor, coach team members, and help drive operational excellence every day. What You'll Do Lead daily Front of House and Bar operations. Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure customer satisfaction. Train, coach, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff. Lead by example during busy shifts and assist wherever needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment. Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest interactions. Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management. Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Help execute promotions, events, and sales-building initiatives. Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly. Ensure compliance with company policies, liquor laws, and safety standards. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant leadership, supervisor, or management experience preferred. Bartending experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and actively work throughout a shift.
