This is not a desk job. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working with guests, coaching employees, leading by example, and helping create an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors. What We Offer Compensation Expected total earnings of $70,000•90,000+ annually Base salary of $34,000•38,000 , based on experience Opportunity to earn substantial income through serving and bartending shifts Quarterly performance bonus opportunities Benefits Paid vacation Paid sick leave Company-paid training and certifications Career advancement opportunities Leadership development Potential future health insurance benefits What You'll Do Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively Work closely with ownership and kitchen leadership Serve and bartend during assigned shifts while managing the floor What We're Looking For Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lead by example Excellent guest service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Nights, weekends, and holiday availability Certifications Within 30 days of hire: TIPS Alcohol Certification ServSafe Certification All certification costs are reimbursed by the company.
