  • Restaurant to lead our vibrant dining establishment.

Your leadership will ensure smooth restaurant functions, uphold food safety standards, and drive profitability through strategic management. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members, including supervising, training, and developing team leaders and front-of-house personnel. Manage inventory control, food safety compliance, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed consistently. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and analyze sales data for business insights. Handle cash management duties, including cash handling procedures, shift reconciliation, and financial reporting. Coordinate shift management to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak hours while maintaining high service standards. Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a skilled and motivated team aligned with company standards. Monitor restaurant performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation protocols across all operational areas. Develop strategies for continuous improvement in food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. Requirements Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable. Strong background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and financial reconciliation. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Knowledge of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train staff on food production, customer service standards, and safety protocols. Experience in managing hospitality teams with a focus on team leadership and development. Ability to analyze profit & loss statements, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to oversee inventory control, catering services (if applicable), and shift operations. Hospitality management experience in hotel or catering environments is a plus; barista or bar experience is advantageous. Join us as our General Manager
