You don't point fingers — you solve problems. You believe in developing people, not just managing them. You care about the guest experience as much as you care about the food. You understand that consistency is a form of excellence, and you bring that energy to your team every shift. You're also comfortable stepping out of the kitchen. You enjoy talking to guests, you remember regulars' names, and you understand that a great meal is only part of what brings people back. You see community relationships as part of your job — not an afterthought. You're the kind of chef who makes the kitchen better just by being in it — and the dining room, too.
