Event Manager -Offsite Catering

Biscuits & Berries, an award-winning, full-service offsite caterer serving the Denver Metro area and the Front Range. We create memorable weddings, corporate events, conferences, galas, charitable events, and social gatherings with from-scratch cooking, thoughtful hospitality, and high execution standards. We are hiring a full-time Event Manager to lead onsite event teams and deliver seamless events from load-out through final breakdown. What you'll do Review BEOs, timelines, and event details before arriving onsite. Lead event load-out, setup, service, and breakdown. Assign responsibilities to the onsite team and keep the event on time, organized, and on standard. Serve as the onsite point of contact for clients, venues, planners, vendors, and guests. Coach and support service staff before, during, and after events. Maintain quality, safety, cleanliness, professionalism, and guest experience throughout the event. Assist with loading and unloading equipment, décor, and event supplies. Complete post-event follow-up and reporting as needed. What we're looking for Experience in catering, banquet, hotel, or event operations required. Prior Event Captain, Banquet Captain, or team-lead experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership, hospitality, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and execute a BEO with urgency and attention to detail. Valid driver's license required and comfort operating company vehicles. Reliable transportation. Flexible schedule with open availability for nights and weekends. TIPS certification preferred. Physical requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, climb stairs, and work in active event environments. Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Compensation and benefits Full-time and positions avaailable.

Compensation:
