District Stadiums Job Description:
Oversees all aspects of the stadium concession stands while maintaining good community relations among various community and school clientele. Manages volunteer concessions staffing at all high school football games and occasional band events, rental groups, and special events. Responsible for iPads, cash start bank and making deposits and submitting forms.
Essential Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Inventory product throughout the sport season to coordinate with scheduled events; place weekly orders with concession supervisor. Receive deliveries and weekly laundering of cleaning towels needed for events. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Manage concessions at all high school sporting and band events. Instruct and assist volunteers in proper usage of equipment and food prep. Stock stands for events. Make sure that concession stands are in working order (hot water, cold water, electrical, equipment, maintenance, pest control) and are clean and meet Tri County Health food preparation requirements; coordinate health inspections; troubleshoot as needed. Deposit sales funds. At the end of the season: Clean and close concession stands, winterize equipment, dispose of leftover inventory, arrange for equipment shut off and water shut off as needed.
