Annual Salary:

$58,000 per year, paid bi-weekly based on a management schedule of 50+ hours/week (or as needed by job demand).

Monthly Bonuses:

Hands-on Leadership:

General Managers must lead by example, working peak hours alongside the store teams during heavy volume periods to ensure corporate brand standards are met. ?

What We're Looking For:

5-7+ years of restaurant management experience with a deep, proven focus on multi-unit P&L, multi-site labor control, and food costs. A "Coach" mentality —you excel at developing Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to reduce turnover across multiple stores.
