Kitchen Manager Requirements 13 years of highvolume restaurant management experience Strong leadership, training, and communication skills. Fullservice, upscale casual to fine dining kitchen experience Offering genuine hospitality with fast and friendly service Looking for longterm employment, on average our managers stay more than 5 years Ability to walk for long periods of time Ability to climb stairs Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40lbs Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 12 hour shift Availability to work Holidays and Weekends Work in a noisy and fast paced environment Work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and/or cold
