Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, manage customer service standards, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, and foster a positive environment for both staff and guests. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about hospitality management and delivering memorable dining experiences. Duties Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel to ensure smooth daily operations Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Oversee food presentation, service quality, and cleanliness to meet brand standards and health regulations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service, safety protocols, and POS operation to enhance team skills Monitor inventory levels of supplies, beverages, and food items; assist with inventory control and ordering processes Lead shift management activities including scheduling, conflict resolution, and ensuring operational efficiency during busy hours Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills Background in fine dining or casual dining settings with banquet or catering experience preferred Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and motivate diverse teams in a hospitality setting Strong leadership skills with experience in interviewing, onboarding, and performance management Familiarity with restaurant management software, budgeting processes, and inventory control practices Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences! $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
