You are the "Conductor" of Firebrand. This isn't just a seating role; it's a table-side leadership position. You will direct the flow of service while actively working alongside the team. You are the guardian of our fine-dining standards, managing the heat of service while ensuring every guest feels the "legendary service" we aim for. You naturally weave personal touches into every experience, making guests feel so genuinely valued that they can't wait to return. You protect the business by meeting all guidelines for safe food and alcohol service. You represent Tava House by being a remarkable member of the community and reflecting our values.Compensation:
Salary plus incentives.What You Bring:
2+ years of fine-dining service experience. Exceptionally strong relationship skills—you know how to read a room and proactively anticipate guest needs. The willingness to jump into any aspect of service, from clearing a table to executing perfect fine-dining wine service. The ability to lead from the front, maintaining poise, direction, and warmth during the peak of service. An ability to operate at high operational standards, hold teammates accountable to those same standards, and execute them independently when volume is lower.Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Stamina:
Must be able to stand, walk, and actively pace the dining room for extended shifts (upwards of 12 hours during peak periods and events).Agility & Balance:
Must possess exceptional balance and spatial awareness to navigate a tight, busy fine-dining room while carrying large trays loaded with top-heavy glassware (like full martini glasses) and hot plates seamlessly.Strength & Handling:
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs (cases of wine, dining room furniture repositioning, etc.).Pay:
$62,000.00- $78,000.
