What You'll Do Support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members to deliver outstanding hospitality. Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment. Engage with guests, build relationships, and ensure every dining experience exceeds expectations. Assist with staff training, coaching, and development to uphold service and operational standards. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and safety. Handle guest concerns professionally and turn challenges into positive experiences. Support scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and ordering processes. Assist with cash handling, daily reporting, and operational accountability. Work closely with the management team to drive sales, improve efficiency, and strengthen team performance. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred. A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and guest service. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members. Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in upscale casual, Italian, or full-service dining is a plus. Why Join Us?
