Start Date:
ASAP Requirements Maintain a smoke-free environment Reliable transportation Comfortable with dogs About Our Family Our household runs at a steady pace, with full work schedules, school activities, and the delightful chaos that comes with raising kids alongside a beloved King Charles Cavalier. The home itself has good systems in place: everything has been thoughtfully and professionally organized, and what's needed now is someone who can help maintain that order and keep daily life flowing smoothly. We value warmth, efficiency, and clear communication. We're looking for a true partner in running the household, someone who takes pride in their work and brings both care and capability to everything they do. There's a genuine appreciation here for someone who shows up ready to take ownership, anticipates what's needed, and helps create a calm, welcoming environment for everyone. Who You Are / What We're Looking For The heart of this role centers on meal preparation, daily household resets, laundry management, and caring for the family dog. The ideal person not only handles these responsibilities with competence, but genuinely enjoys them. Preparing healthy lunches and dinners, keeping surfaces clear and laundry rotating, walking the dog, and maintaining the systems already in place are where you'll spend most of your time, and you approach each task with attention and pride. You're proactive and forward-thinking, always anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring that everything runs effortlessly. You find joy in creating and sustaining order and keeping the home organized and ready for whatever the day brings. Beyond the day-to-day, you bring a naturally proactive, forward-thinking energy. You notice what needs doing and handle it without waiting to be asked. You're warm and personable, but also professional and confident in your work.
Communication comes easily:
you're comfortable with quick texts to stay aligned, and when you do have a question, you ask it directly. You thrive on creating and sustaining order, and you bring a caretaker mentality that makes a house feel like a well-run home. If you love helping others stay organized, managing day-to-day tasks with ease, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive, we would love to meet you.
