Shift Leader/Manager

Moe's in Storrs is looking for a Shift Leader/Assistant Manager to Join our team. We are located at 1

Dog Lane, Mansfield CT Duties/Responsibilities:

Works with staff to achieve sales goals Build a rapport with guests/deliver superior customer service Learn restaurant philosophy, menus, and operational systems Provide training/mentoring to new crew members Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action Adhere to sanitation and safety standards PCI compliance Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Management experience in food service or another related field is required Ability to multi-task and execute in a fast-paced environment Able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant (day/evening, weekends, and some holidays) High level of initiative and self-motivated Strong organizational skills/time management and deadline oriented Possess solid communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Must have reliable transportation

Requirements:

Punctuality and consistent attendance Must be available 9am-10pm. 1 Year Restaurant Management Experience Valid Driver License Servsafe is a plus
