The organization values teamwork and fosters a culture that promotes growth and excellence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Orange, CT. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and manage a high-performing team. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating hiring and training, maintaining quality food and beverage standards, and resolving customer inquiries. The Restaurant Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and work collaboratively to enhance overall restaurant performance. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create an outstanding dining experience Experience in Hiring, team management, and staff development Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with staff and customers Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including quality standards and safety regulations Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment Problem-solving and organizational skills are essential High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
