Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Oversee inventory control and ordering to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the restaurant
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee morale
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of food orders
  • Coordinate catering events, including menu planning, setup, and execution
  • Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and implementing cost-saving measures
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Proven experience in shift management within the food industry
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee trends is a plus
  • Excellent interviewing skills to identify top talent for the team
  • Experience in catering operations is highly desirable
  • Proficient in kitchen management, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and recipe development
  • Ability to effectively manage inventory control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is preferred We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
