The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in both casual and fine dining settings. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies. Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills in food service management and hospitality. Oversee food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and standards. Manage inventory and supplies, including catering needs for special events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality control of food preparation and presentation. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Monitor financial performance, including budgets and expenses related to food management. Skills Strong background in staff training with the ability to motivate team members. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the restaurant industry. Experience in catering services, enhancing the dining experience for special events. Proficient in food management techniques that ensure high-quality service delivery. Familiarity with both casual dining environments as well as fine dining establishments. Excellent hospitality management skills that foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Bartending experience is a plus for establishments that serve alcoholic beverages. Proven ability to supervise staff effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
