The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires effective leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Train, mentor, and develop staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency. Handle cash management and ensure accurate POS transactions (Toast, Open Table, Triple Seat) Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and kitchen management. Supervise daily shift operations, including scheduling staff and managing workflow. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist in budgeting and financial planning to achieve operational goals. Skills Strong experience in restaurant management with a focus on quick service or fine dining environments. Proficient in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food production processes. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS). Proven ability in staff training, development, and team management. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management. Experience in supervising kitchen operations, including food safety protocols. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce. Familiarity with budgeting practices within the food industry. Background in culinary arts or related fields is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Ability to effectively manage shifts while maintaining high standards of service.
