Salary:

$65,000-$80,000 annually.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of hospitality experience, with bar or restaurant management experience preferred. Experience with budgeting, inventory, financial management, and food and beverage operations. ServSafe certification and proficiency with POS and business software. Availability to work nights and weekends, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations, product quality, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and guest service. Manage budgets, expenses, inventory, labor costs, and profit-and-loss performance. Hire, train, mentor, and support a positive, accountable hospitality team. Coordinate promotions, events, entertainment, food truck schedules, compliance, and administrative duties.
