Job Description
La Pinkeria is looking for an experienced, passionate, and dependable Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining food quality, training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional meal. Responsibilities Lead all daily kitchen operations. Prepare and oversee the production of all menu items. Train, coach, and manage kitchen staff. Maintain consistency in recipes, portions, and presentation. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed. Monitor inventory, place orders, and minimize food waste. Create prep schedules and maintain an organized kitchen. Work closely with ownership to develop seasonal specials and improve menu offerings. Manage food costs and labor efficiently. Maintain a clean, professional, and positive work environment.
