Salary:
$60,000-$80,000 annually.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience across food preparation, line, grill, and expeditor positions. 1+ year as a Kitchen Manager or 3 years as an Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume kitchen. Current ServSafe certification and strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Flexible availability for nights and weekends, with clear communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop a new kitchen team. Oversee preparation, recipes, portioning, line checks, and consistent service execution. Manage inventory, ordering, labor, food costs, product storage, and waste controls. Enforce sanitation standards and maintain kitchen equipment, storage areas, and cleaning schedules.
