Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. You will assist in managing the daily activities of the business, ensuring excellent customer service, fostering an atmosphere of servant leadership, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive work environment
• Conduct employee orientation and training sessions
• Collaborate with General Manager and management team to develop and implement performance goals and team coaching
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability thru weekly inventory and supplier purchasing
• Maintain store appearance and our branding standards
• Possess a positive mental attitude while working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to perform simple mathematics, lift minimum of 40 lbs, remain on feet for required shift, and perform all required cleaning duties associated with role
• Team member will be required to perform any and all tasks related to the successful operation of a QSR including customer service, cashier, drive thru window, inventory, restocking, preparing food and cleaning inside and outside of premises

Experience:

• Must have: Minimum 2 years previous experience in a management role
• fast food or casual dining
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
