As the Leader on Duty, you'll own the shift from open to close: running a tight operation, rallying your team, and making every guest feel like they're getting the best meal of their day. What you'll do Lead shift operations from start to finish — staffing, positioning, and execution Run opening and closing procedures with consistency and ownership Coach and develop team members in real time, giving direct feedback that sticks Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards on every shift Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, modeling our Passion for Service Partner with the General Manager on labor, food cost, and inventory management Support scheduling, cash handling compliance, and uniform standards Complete incident reports and corrective actions as needed Foster a positive, high-energy team environment where people want to show up What we're looking for High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of supervisory experience in a restaurant Bilingual — English and Spanish required ServSafe Certification required Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable with Microsoft Office and restaurant systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. What we offer Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Paid training Flexible schedule Employee discount Pollo Campero is an equal opportunity employer.
