This opportunity is not for everyone. We are looking for an experienced restaurant leader—someone with the maturity, discipline, and confidence to run a restaurant as if it were their own. If you have spent years building teams, driving sales, developing people, and taking pride in your results, we want to speak with you. This is more than a Store Manager position. This is an opportunity to help build Cluck N Smash from the ground up and become part of a company with ambitious plans for growth.
We Are Looking For:
5+ years of restaurant management experience. Proven leadership and team-building skills. Strong understanding of food cost, labor, and profitability. High standards, accountability, and professionalism. A long-term mindset.

Pay:
$63,465.83 - $76,431.97 per year
