$1,000.00 per week in training $1,300 per week once placed as a General Manager plus bonus. We are a fast growing, fun, action packed BBQ brand. We currently have 3 locations within Hillsborough County, 1 Casual Full Service Restaurant and 2 QSRs, and 1 Casual Full Service in Manatee County and actively growing. Responsibilities and Characteristics include but are not limited to are:

• Very engaging and hands on is a MUST!
• Managing a staff of 45-60
• Creating schedules
• Completing inventory
• Complete Food Orders
• All Interview and Hiring duties
• Organize and conduct Store Meetings
• Ensuring quality of food preparation
• Proficient customer service skills
• Outgoing and personable
• Takes the initiative without being asked
• Ability to start and complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Disciplined and well organized
• Good communication skills
• Master the art of cleaning
