Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Manager to lead our dynamic food service team in a fast-paced, quick service environment. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal team performance Lead staff training and development to uphold company standards in food preparation, customer service, and food safety protocols Oversee food production, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of orders Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with training new team members to build a strong workforce Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising staff, managing shifts, and developing team members Skilled in inventory control, food safety standards, and food management practices Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally Background in hospitality management or restaurant management preferred Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, safety procedures, and operational standards Experience with budgeting, cost control, and food production planning is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Shift Manager where your leadership will drive success!
