Responsibilities Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and high standards. Manage daily shift activities, including supervising staff, coordinating food service, and maintaining smooth workflow. Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect Arcano's current culinary trends while meeting dietary restrictions and customer preferences. Supervise inventory control, food ordering, and cost management to optimize resources and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes across the kitchen. Oversee catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and quality assurance. Mentor and train kitchen staff on culinary techniques, food handling procedures, and customer service excellence. Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in Spanish dining, catering, and restaurant management. Proven supervisory experience leading diverse kitchen teams in high-volume settings. Strong knowledge of food production, menu planning, inventory management, and food safety protocols. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, manage shifts effectively, and foster a positive team environment. Experience in banquet operations, dietary department coordination, and large-scale food service management. Skilled in inventory control, cost analysis, and resource optimization to ensure operational efficiency.
