Bonus Plan, 2 weeks paid vacation Position Overview We are seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations and build a high-performing team. This role requires strong leadership in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH), with a focus on execution, culture, and financial performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands operational systems, and takes ownership of their store's success. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily operations including scheduling, labor management, and execution Lead and develop team members through hands-on coaching and training Manage inventory, ordering, and product flow to minimize waste and maximize efficiency Ensure consistent execution of brand standards in food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality Analyze and manage P&L performance, including labor and COGS control Execute sales forecasting and align staffing and production accordingly Maintain strong FOH and BOH systems to support speed and accuracy Handle guest interactions professionally and resolve issues effectively Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members Create a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture within the store Qualifications Previous General Manager or senior leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment Strong knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations Proven ability to manage P&L, including labor, COGS, and profitability Experience with sales forecasting, inventory management, and operational planning Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and consistency Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays What We're Looking For We are looking for leaders who take ownership, lead from the front, and are committed to building strong teams and systems.
