Assistant General Manager Established, locally owned and operated upscale restaurant in the greater Daytona Beach area is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities Help oversee daily restaurant operations across both the front and back of house, working closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment while ensuring food safety and health standards are consistently met. Support ongoing staff training and development, helping team members build their skills and deliver excellent guest service. Create a positive, supportive workplace where teamwork, open communication, and professional growth are encouraged. Lead and support floor operations, ensuring guests receive attentive service and an enjoyable, memorable dining experience. Experience & Qualifications 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in a high-volume, upscale dining environment. Comfort using POS systems and everyday computer programs such as Toast and Microsoft applications. An understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations, and proper sanitation practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest concerns and support staff through challenges in a thoughtful, professional manner.
