Food Service Manager - Multiple Positions (Delray Beach, FL), Duties incl: Plan, direct, oversee & coordinate activities of food & beverage dept; Keep records req'd by gov't agencies regarding sanitation or food subsidies; Investigate & resolve complaints regarding food quality or service; Maintain food & equip inventories, & keeping inventory records; Scheduling & receiving food & beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality & quantity; Coordinate assignments of food prep personnel to ensure economical use of food & timely prep; Monitor compliance w/health & fire regs regarding food prep & serving, & building maintenance in dining facilities; Establish standards for personnel performance & customer service; Schedule staff hours & assigning duties; Review menus & analyzing recipes to determine labor & overhead costs, & assigning prices to menu items. Organize & direct worker training progs, resolving personnel probs, hiring new staff, & evaluating employee performance in dining facilities; Review work procedures & operational probs to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety; Assess staffing needs & recruiting staff, using methods such as newspaper ads or attendance at job fairs; Monitor budgets & payroll records, & reviewing financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized & budgeted; & schedule use of facilities or catering services for events such as banquets or receptions, & negot details of arrangements w/members & guests. Must have 2 yrs exp in job offered, Server, Server Captain or reltd job in High End Country Club Setting. Send resume to
