What You'll Do Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Lead daily restaurant operations with excellence and accountability. Maintain exceptional standards in customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance. Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs. Build a positive team culture and develop future leaders. Qualifications Restaurant management experience required. QSR or fast-casual restaurant experience preferred. Proven ability to build, motivate, and retain great teams. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Results-driven with high operational standards. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
