KITCHEN MANAGER

  • Join a stable, high-volume restaurant with an established reputation for excellence What You'll Do As Kitchen Manager, you'll lead all back-of-house operations while creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and execution.
You'll ensure every plate leaving the kitchen meets the highest quality standards while developing a team that takes pride in their work. You'll be responsible for:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing back-of-house team members
  • Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Managing food cost, inventory, ordering, and kitchen labor
  • Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance
  • Driving operational efficiency during high-volume service
  • Hiring, training, scheduling, and developing kitchen staff
  • Maintaining equipment, organization, and kitchen standards
  • Partnering with the management team to deliver an outstanding overall guest experience Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Proven experience leading back-of-house operations in restaurants generating $5 million+ in annual sales
  • Strong understanding of food cost, inventory control, labor management, and kitchen financials
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • A hands-on leadership style—you lead from the line, not the office
  • Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing kitchen teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
